Welcome to FrescoFarms Global. By accessing our website (www.frescofarmglobal.com) or placing a bulk order for our dehydrated food ingredients, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the B2B relationship between FrescoFarms Global ("Supplier") and the purchasing entity ("Buyer").

1. Products and Orders

FrescoFarms Global specializes in manufacturing and exporting dehydrated onions, garlic, and other vegetables. All orders are subject to availability and formal acceptance by our sales team. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to all bulk export orders and will be stated during the quotation process.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • All prices quoted are in US Dollars (USD) or Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Quotes are valid for a limited period as stated on the Proforma Invoice due to agricultural market fluctuations.
  • Standard export payment terms apply (e.g., Advance payment via Wire Transfer/LC), which will be mutually agreed upon and stated in the final commercial contract.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We supply products to over 20+ countries. Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, EXW) will be clearly defined in your contract. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, FrescoFarms Global is not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping lines, or unforeseen force majeure events.

4. Quality Assurance and Claims

Every batch of our dehydrated products undergoes strict quality testing and complies with international standards (ISO, FSSAI, FDA). Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must inspect the goods. Any claims regarding quality or quantity discrepancies must be reported in writing within 7 days of cargo arrival at the destination port, accompanied by relevant proof/inspection reports.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, and images on this website are the intellectual property of FrescoFarms Global. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from international or domestic trade shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
